澳门太阳集团网站入口研究生参加学术会议资助实施细则
为进一步拓宽研究生学术视野，提高研究生创新意识和创新能力，学院设立研究生参加高水平学术会议资助项目，支持和鼓励全日制硕士、博士研究生参加高水平学术会议。为配合研究生院做好资助工作，根据《澳门太阳娱乐网站官网研究生参加学术会议资助项目管理办法》（北外研〔2022〕3号）（以下简称《办法》）规定，结合本院实际，制定本实施细则。
第一章 资助类别
第一条 本实施细则资助的会议类别如下：
（一）国内一级学会及其分会主办的学术会议，国内一级学会目录以《中华人民共和国国家一级学会目录》为准；
（二）国内高校研究生培养单位主办的学术会议，其所属学科在教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心最新学科评估中获评A或A+；
（三）全国各专业硕士学位研究生教育指导委员会主办的学术会议；
（四）国际权威学术团体组织召开的国际学术会议。
第二章 资助对象
第二条 本办法资助的对象为我校全日制硕士、博士研究生。
第三章 资助条件
第三条 本办法资助的对象应满足以下条件：
（一）资助对象应获会议主办方出具的正式邀请函；
（二）资助对象必须以第一作者（或导师为第一作者，研究生本人为第二作者）在会议上宣读论文，论文的第一署名单位必须为澳门太阳娱乐网站官网。
第四条 申请时已通过其它渠道报销或已获得其它形式资助者，不再予以资助。
第四章 申请及审核程序
第五条 硕士、博士研究生参加学术会议实施细则，附本院《重要学术会议目录》，本院官方网站予以公示，并报研究生院备案。
第六条 申请人参会前应仔细阅读本院实施细则，向导师汇报拟参加的学术会议的基本情况（暂未确定导师的申请人，向本专业教研室主任汇报相关情况）。申请人参会后，应在当年度工作通知规定的时间内登录研究生教务系统填写申请并向本院教务管理人员提供经导师签字的参会证明和会务费、交通费、住宿费原始单据（发票抬头须为“澳门太阳娱乐网站官网”）。其中，参会证明包括：正式邀请函的复印件、会议论文全文的复印件、会议印发的日程安排上印有发言人姓名及发言题目、发言时间的所在页。
第七条 教务管理人员汇总申请人材料，提交本院学位委员会审批，确定资助名单和资助金额。资助名单经学位委员会主席签字并加盖单位公章后，报研究生院公示。
第八条 公示期结束后，研究生院协调财务处将资助经费划拨至培养单位。培养单位根据我校财务制度规定，为获得资助的研究生办理财务报销手续。
第九条 学校分别于每年三月和十月各开展一次研究生参加高水平学术会议资助工作。具体时间节点与进度安排以当年度工作通知为准。
第五章 资助标准
第十条 通过学校审核者，硕士研究生在读期间可累计获得4000元人民币的资助，博士研究生在读期间可累计获得8000元人民币的资助。
第六章 附则
第十一条 本实施细则由澳门太阳集团网站入口负责解释、实施和修订。
第十二条 本实施细则自发布之日起施行。
